I deliver for GrubHub. Employees are very friendly when I pick up orders. I've only tried the hot and sour soup from here when I order, until today. Ordered the general tso, egg rolls, crab rangoons and of course my favorite hot and sour soup. Everything was fantastic. crab rangoons are huge. General tso was perfect and large portion size. Highly recommend. We will be back soon.
A colleague recommended going here for lunch so I tried it out.
They were in the middle of a remodeling and expansion so the interior was torn up but they were cranking out the food like crazy!
Lunch hour was very busy but I got my food quickly.
I tried the Hunan Chicken and Orange Chicken - both were very good!
Picked up some food to go with my girlfriend the other night. I appreciate the convenience of a drive thru. The girl working there was friendly and helpful. Also really like that they have coupons if you spend a certain amount. We got pork lo mein, orange chicken, sweet sour chicken, an egg roll, and they had a coupon for a free crab rangoon. The sweet sour chicken was pretty good, big portion! The red sauce was a little too sour though, but still good. The pork lo mein was straight up not good, girlfriend didn't even want it after one bite. Weird noodle choice for lo mein, they did not use lo mein noodles but flat wider noodles that weren't great. I don't know if it was the pork or what, but the whole dish had a weird 'reheated meat' off taste, not sure how to describe it other than that. Definitely can't recommend that one. The orange chicken was kind of dry and overcooked inside, and the sauce was tasty but I wish they would add less of the pepper seeds. They are unpleasant to eat, and there's plenty of other ways to add spiciness. They also have orange zest strips in the sauce which is great for flavor but extremely unpleasant to actually eat. I wouldn't recommend this either. The egg roll was fine, just a classic premade sort of type. The crab rangoons are very good if you like a TON of cream cheese. And I mean a lot. I appreciate it but they actually could've used a little less filling, but they were free so I can't really complain. The fried rice that came with our food was better than expected. Overall I think this place is decent if you know what to order.
TLDR: I recommend the sweet sour chicken, fried rice, crab rangoons and maybe the egg roll. Would NOT recommend the orange chicken and lo mein.
We decided to try Green Tea Chinese drive through and it was well worth it. The line at the drive through behind us piled up for lunch. They must be popular! The drive through was quick, they were courteous and most importantly the food was delicious. The prices were comparable or expected. We will definitely go back when we're in the area. Lots of parking space and there's a nice pergola to sit outside. Definitely give this place a try on your way through.
Ordered via door dash today. And wow. $60+ (even with DoorDash fees waived) for some of the worst Chinese food I’ve had in a long time. The dumplings were inedible. Soaked/dripping with sauce that tasted awful. $12 of dumping straight to the garbage bin. It’s like they cook everything with the same sauce. The lo Mein was extremely bland, and the only taste was of that obnoxious herb-like sauce. The General Tso chicken was a solid 2/10. Once again no spice and super bland. Egg roll was fine. Boba tea was fine. Crab Rangoon was very good. Overall, only go here if u want a crab Rangoon, the rest of the menu is laughable at best, especially for the price.
These are the dumplings I received today, I guess no tip in a drive through hurts some workers. You should uphold a standard tip or not!! It would have been cash if you don’t make people wait 15mins and then give them burned food.
Ordered via DoorDash: I ordered a few different things to try because I LOVE Asian food & could use them as left overs when needed. Risky? Yes! Worth it? Also, yes!
Spring rolls: A little small but full of flavor. Crispy, loaded and not oily! So good in fact, I couldn't stop myself from eating them long enough to get a picture (sorry)
Steamed Dumplings: Huge, full of cooked pork (unlike ANY I've ever had), flavorful, not at all salty. Massive serving
Chicken Mei Fun: A typically salty & oily dish, it wasn't either one of those from here! It's a very clean dish that allows you to taste the noodles, celery, chicken and egg. No one flavor drowns out the others for a wonderful, flavor filled experience. Again, massive serving
Orange Chicken: Ok, so all of the other items were absolutely fantastic BUT their orange chicken was by far, the BEST I've ever had! The serving like all the others, are massive. The first thing I noticed was that it wasn't sugary sweet but pleasantly like oranges that were kissed with nice, spicy peppers. The sauce stuck to the chicken and paired well with the rice. The chicken managed to stay crispy in the sauce and the broccoli was cooked perfectly. To my surprise, it had ACTUAL orange peel in it (yes, I pulled them from the bottom for the pic).
In short: 5 stars and the price was amazing!
Long drive thru lines but they have a very efficient system so it moves fast. Food is hot, fresh and flavorful. The "smaller" portion is large enough for 2-3 meals for me. Great value in that regard.
